How early should I send event details to the band?

Send the essential details as soon as the booking is confirmed, then provide the final running order and updated logistics well before event day. Larger festivals and regional events should begin production discussions earlier because several suppliers may need to coordinate.

Does the band need a stage plan?

The band normally supplies its own stage plot and input list. The organiser should provide the available stage dimensions, venue plan and production contact so the band can confirm that its layout will fit safely.

What if the event schedule changes?

Tell the band and production team as soon as possible. Small changes are often manageable, but changes to access, setup, soundcheck or performance times can affect staffing, travel and the wider event program.
